I support neurodiverse women and families under constant pressure to feel steadier and more supported without forcing rest or willpower

The truth is… I used to really struggle with supporting neurodivergent people I love while holding everything else together.

Living and working alongside ADHD and autistic family members showed me just how quickly overwhelm can build, and how little most “self-care” advice actually helps neurodivergent nervous systems.

I tried everything to fix the constant overwhelm and reactivity, because all I ever wanted was for our days to feel calmer, more predictable, and less explosive.

What actually changed things was learning how to recognise overwhelm early and respond in the moment, with strategies that work with neurodivergent brains instead of against them.


That’s the approach I now use every day with the neurodivergent individuals and families I support and it’s exactly what this reset guide is built around.
